On the day itself, unfortunately, you cannot be in two places at once and things may happen that you can’t control or even anticipate. This package is perfectly designed for the couple who has all of their plans in place, their celebration set up complete, and ready to party on into the celebrations (minus those few last-minute on-the-day touches of course).

With your devoted Wedding Coordinator at hand, we will ensure every detail you have tirelessly planned to date is executed. We are there to take the stress and worry away in the weeks leading up and to rectify any mishaps that may occur (most of the time without you even knowing). This service will mean that your friends and family are not ‘working’ and you can sit back, relax and enjoy your fabulous day as newlyweds knowing that everything is taken care of (of course with a glass of bubbles or 2 in hand). We wrap up over a decade of experience to give you the very best service, experience, and wedding day from a Wedding Coordinator who is on your team.

  • We start with an extensive take-over meeting so we get to know all the juicy planning details.

  • We will work with you and your plans 4-6 weeks prior where we discuss in depth all of your plans and arrangements so far. This is the perfect opportunity to ensure you have covered all of those finer details and help give you expert advice to fill in those gaps.

  • Our responsibility is to liaise with your selected suppliers and create an extensive schedule and run sheet. We provide this to your fab wedding team to ensure everyone is on the same page.

  • We will attend your wedding rehearsal and will then complete a final venue walkthrough so you have peace of mind on the day.

  • On the day itself, we will act as the main point of contact for you, your guests, and your suppliers. So think of us as your eyes, arms, and legs or your 'Personal Wedding Manager'.

  • We will place your finer detail such as your signage, guest book, and gift table items.

  • We will oversee the supplier’s setup arrangements, and direct the proceedings while working closely with your MC and overall time management.

  • We are there to help you nail your timeline and wedding day logistics (we have written a fair few timelines over the years).

  • We can be there for the duration of the celebration, or simply until you and your guests arrive and everything is running like clockwork. Of course, every celebration is different so we want to be the perfect fit for your big day!

  • We can arrange a crew of experienced wedding gurus to set up your wedding like a dream (additional staff costs apply)
